Harvard CIO Case Study: The iPhone at IVK presented by Stevens Institute of Technology. Basis: The CIO addresses a decision to replace salesmen’s netbook PCs with iPhones, including converting the company's sales and customer applications to the iPhone platform. (Learning Objective: Resolving Strategic IT Management Issues). NOTE: The Case Study will be sent to attendees prior to the Conference in preparation.
